What to wear for running in all weather conditions!

Running is stress-relieving and fun! And there are millions of people who go for a run every day. Whether running in a hot or cold weather, your performance is directly synonymous with the clothes you are wearing. Surprised? Then you should know this that your body temperature changes drastically when running. 


It is simple science! You are going to sweat and if the clothes you are sporting do not absorb the sweat, then you will feel hot, which can be frustrating and annoying. So the question still remains- what to wear when running? 



Concentrating on the different weather conditions, here is a list that states exactly what type of running clothes you are supposed to wear, keeping in mind that being in sync with trends is an absolute necessity. 


Now the most important question arrives here - what to wear for running.


When it is boiling outside!


As the temperature shoots high, running can be difficult! Breathability should be your first priority. So pick a sports bra and pair of shorts, both made of polyester as that will help the moisture evaporate faster. Synthetic materials also do not stick to your skin, thus not weighing you down and obstructing your performance. Make sure to wear the correct pair of shoes and a sock is a must for that will keep your feet moist free. Opt for lighter shades as they tend to deflect heat, which will keep you cool! 

When it is warm but comfortable! 

When the temperature hovers in a decent range, which is absolutely wonderful, wear mesh clothes when taking it on the streets. A light weight tank top and a pair of capris will do the trick. The clothes should allow ventilation as that will keep you from feeling like a boiled potato! The pair of capris will provide you support and offer full coverage. Again, it goes without saying that shoes and socks are important for your own comfort.

When you can feel the chill! 

This can be listed as the perfect weather to go for a run! Apart from wearing your running shoes, a simple running t-shirt crafted from mesh and a pair of leggings made of nylon fabric is the best choice for this weather. The leggings will provide the ultimate coverage while keeping you from feeling cold. You can throw over a hoodie to regulate your temperature. All the apparels must, with much stress on that, be able to absorb moist and refrain you from feeling grossed out.

Winter can be really a difficult time to run. See the chilly winds can be too much to bear at times. A sweat nicking t-shirt paired with a long sleeve jacket and pants are technical and practical. The pants should be able to wick the moisture so that you don’t get chills when you run and sweat. Again, worth mentioning, a pair of running shoes and socks will keep your feet protected. 

Make sure to wear your clothes appropriately that complements the weather and your body.
